Deputy McDowell has been with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office since 2004, starting in the detention division. His experience within the Sheriff's Office includes the workhouse, intake, and patrol. Deputy McDowell also worked as an evidence custodian and is an active investigator for the crime scene unit. Currently assigned as a school resource officer (SRO), Deputy McDowell focuses on safety and security for the students attending Kirkwood Middle School.
