I am a married father of two boys and the proud owner of two hilarious cats and two goofy dogs (a loyal boxer/heeler mix and an oblivious beagle). I graduated Austin Peay State University in 2007 with a BS in English/Education, and I finished my Maters of School Library Science from University of Memphis in 2016. My educational philosophy focuses on a high-energy, collaborative environment resulting in engagement for all students. As a librarian, I seek to make our library space a rich, interactive information hub and learning commons for our school. Outside the library, my interests include reading (of course), music of all sorts, and Titans football.
