Welcome! My name is Ms. Sonia Inserra, and I am excited to begin my fifth year of teaching as a 6th Grade English Language Arts teacher at Northeast Middle School.

Throughout my career, I have taught elementary, middle, and high school students. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping students grow as readers, writers, and critical thinkers.

My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to take risks, ask questions, and do their best. I enjoy making learning engaging through meaningful discussions, collaboration, and creative activities.

Outside of school, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, exploring creative hobbies, and taking evening walks. I look forward to partnering with students and families for a successful school year!
