My name is Crystol May. I have taught in CMCSS for 5 years and, I am excited to teach my sixth year here at Northeast Middle School. I have taught 9th and 10th grade English at the high school level for 6 years before making the change to middle school. I will teach 6th, 7th, 8th grade gifted, 8th Grade RTI, and 8th grade advanced English. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor's degree in English and Secondary Education. I believe in student growth and each individual's feeling of success; I set high expectations for all students, but I also believe in being human as all life is a chance to learn. I want to help everyone I come in contact with to reach their personal best. I strive to teach students the love of learning because there is strength in knowledge. I am excited to share in your student's growth and development for the 2023-2024 school year!
