Hello and welcome to Northeast Middle School! I am the 7th grade inclusion RLA teacher as well as the RLA transitions teacher. The 2023-2024 school year will be my 5th with Northeast Middle. My previous years of my career were spent working with high school inclusion students in Math and English at Cheatham County High School in Ashland City, TN. Additionally, I taught resource Algebra, RTI II English, and basic math concepts to Life Skills students. In addition, I was the coach of our Special Olympics basketball team that won gold at the state level in 2016. I earned my bachelor's degree from Union University and my graduate degree in SPED from Austin Peay State University. I love dogs as well as spending time outdoors. I look forward to laying the foundations for helping your child to succeed in and outside of the school environment.
